ISAAC POST LAW PLLC bills monthly for its legal services based on a fee-per-hour charge.  An initial deposit (i.e. retainer fee) is also required where the retainer will be held in trust until the legal services are invoiced.  All such billing requirements are described in detail in an engagement letter (i.e. fee agreement) that both ISAAC POST LAW PLLC and the client(s) sign at the beginning of the lawyer-client relationship.  For current hourly rates, please contact ISAAC POST LAW PLLC.
