About Us
Isaac Post is a Virginia and District of Columbia-licensed attorney. The focus of his practice is commercial civil litigation.
He represents individuals and businesses in legal disputes where money, property or legal rights are at stake. Such litigation may culminate in a trial before a judge or a jury, a mediation or an arbitration hearing. Mr. Post also represents clients on appeal.
Since 2011, Mr. Post has practiced law at several boutique firms in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. He has litigated across a wide range of civil disputes involving construction, real estate, employment contracts, legal malpractice claims, intentional torts, business torts, negligence and personal injury, multiple defendants/plaintiffs, trusts and estates, property rights, landlord-tenant issues and complex contract disputes. Mr. Post opened his own law firm, Isaac Post Law PLLC, in October 2024.
Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Post did policy and regulatory analysis for a Washington, D.C. think tank and Virginia-based trade association. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and two children.
